Hello Hackboard Family!

Your Debian Linux Hackboard 2 should have the username and password information on the sticker seal of the anti-static bag inside the box.  But we understand that when you get your hands on a new device, the first thing you want to do is dive right in and start exploring.  I know that I usually tend to push documents and important info aside when I get a new device.  Well, fret no more because we’ve got you covered!   In this blog post, we’ll provide you with the essential login information to get started with your Hackboard 2 Debian Linux board:

Hackboard 2 Debian Linux Login Information (first time):

  • Username:   hackboard
  • Password:    HB2

Remember, both the username and password are case-sensitive. So make sure to enter them exactly as highlighted here to avoid any login troubles.

Now that you have the login details, you’re just a few steps away from unlocking the full potential of your Hackboard 2. Simply power it up, and when prompted for the login credentials, enter the provided username and password.
